Hey guys! My convention of the year is finally here! Come see me, PENG and B Turner at Wondercon! We will be at artist alley C-06 - C08. We will have prints and be doing commissions the entire weekend. Plus we will have the Blueprint on sale for the first time at  con! Come out and chill with us on the west coast. It's gonna be crazy fun!

The tour continues! This weekend come see me and the IDentity Crew signing fresh copies of the Blueprint 2. We will be signing from 11am until 1pm at the Annapolis location! We love being at Third Eye. It's a great place to find your comics and just be with people who know comics.

So I've been away from DA for quite some time. I've been really busy working in comics and getting my feet wet in animation. Some of you know that back when I was first on DA I created a comic called Hyperboy. It was a labor of love and my first real attempt at publishing. now more than 10 years later I'm teaming up with my squad at ID Studios to produce an anthology featuring creator owned characters and stories called the Blueprint 2. The entire studio featuring:

KickStarter CountDown

  The Identity Comics Studio is returning to it's roots and going back to self publishing! Our kickstarter will go live on July 11th (that's 7/11!) We are producing our first anthology in 10 years, The BluePrint 2! The book will feature stories written and drawn by the studio artists PENG, FLASH, and myself and with writting by our pals Kenny Groom and Jeffery and Susan Bridges.

My primary contribution to the book is the return of Hyperboy! I created him way back in the late 90s and the team and I produced the first comic back in o6. I've always wanted to come back to the character and the BluePrint has given me the chance to bring him back and give him the update he deserves.

We can't do it with out your help! Please consider supporting our kickstarter. We'll be offering some great rewards including original art from the book and custom commissions. This is a labor of love and we want you to be a part of it!

CTNX 2015

Me and the ID Studios crew are headed back to Burbank! This will be our second  trip to CTNX, but our first time exhibiting in their artist alley. you can find Peng and I at T2121 and Bryan at T217. We will have all our usual tricks plus new artbooks/ sketchbooks for sale, maybe even a new print or 2.

Ultimate Spider-Man

I'm drawing story boards for Ultimate Spider-Man!!!!

I'm working on Ultimate Spider-Man as a freelance storyboard artist! I'm getting my shot with the big boys! It doesn't even feel real yet. I'm so excited to be a part of something so amazing. This is a dream gig.

I owe it all to my best friend and studio mate Bryan Turner. He really went to bat for me and made this happen. I'm already working hard to make these boards my best work ever. It will be a while before anyone sees what I'm working on but I figure these Spidey warm-ups r gonna be the next best thing.

Twin Tiers!

It's been a really long time since I updated my site. I got REALLY sick around Christmas and it took a looong time for me to get better. The last month or so I've been back at work full time making art and getting caught up on projects. So now that I'm back it's time for a con! This weekend August 16th and 17th I'll be at Twin Tiers Comic Con in Elmira NY with Peng and Flash. We'll have all our usual goodies plus we'll be doing commissions at the show. So come on out and say hi if you live in the area. The folks in Elmira are awesome and I promise you'll have a great time! enough chit chat from me though. Awesome Con

This weekend from April 18-20th the Identity Comics Crew (Peng, Flash and Me!)will be at the Washington Convention Center for Awesome Con! We will be attending as guests of the show so. We will be selling prints, doing commissions, signing comics and selling originals all weekend long. The show is going to be amazing!

Our mission – to get more people to donate to disaster relief efforts for the victims of Typhoon Haiyan. As a thank you, members of IDSTUDIOS will be drawing single-character pencil headsketches for every $26 donation. The $6 will go towards shipping your sketch to you. (We’re only shipping to addresses in the U.S. Sorry, we can’t ship these internationally.) The rest will be given directly to the Philippine Red Cross. Feel free to donate more than $26. If you would like more than one sketch, it’s $26 for each sketch.

If you would like to participate in our mission, please send at least $26 via PayPal as a GIFT to INFO@IDENTITYCOMICS.COM. Sending it as a GIFT will prevent fees from being taken out. We will then donate the total amount at the end of 2 weeks directly to the Philippine Red Cross. Please provide us your name, mailing address, email address, character you’d like drawn, and your artist of choice in the MESSAGE box. You can choose between Peng-Peng, theFranchize, or Flash to draw your sketch. You can email INFO@IDENTITYCOMICS.COM to let us know what we can draw for you!

This is part of our effort to be as transparent and honest as possible.

We’re not a non-profit organization, we won’t have any forms to give you that you can use to write off your donations for tax purposes. Con Season wrap up

 This convention season has been incredible. It was one of the most rewarding experiences of my comics career so far. The Identity Comics team and I did about 20 shows this year between April and November. We traveled all over the country, met amazing creators and fans and just plain had a great time. The last leg of the con tour was pretty rough. The project deadlines and short work weeks really took a toll on me. In the end it was all worth it though. I'll probably never do that many shows again in one year, but it was a hell of an experience.

I want to through out a huge THANK YOU to everyone who came out to support us at a con this year. Having the opportunity to meet you and talk shop at each show has been fantastic.

So now that con season is pretty much over I'll be getting back to what I do best...DRAWING COMICS. I'm cooking up some new projects right now that I can't say too much about right now, but I'll be letting you all in on everything in the coming weeks. I also, just recently worked on an issue of Sonic the Hedgehog, and I'm working on a bunch of cover that will be coming out over the next few

This moth will also see the final issue of Fanboys vs Zombies. The entire creative team and I poured ourselves into this one. It's one of the best issues of the series and I promise the ending won't let you down. If you have enjoyed the series so far then this final issue will blow you away.

OTAKON 2013

Come see the ID Comics Crew this weekend at Otakon!

 Otakon is this WEEKEND! Man this con season is flying by. So me and the ID Comics Crew will be set up and selling prints comics, and doing sketches all weekend long. If you are going to the show this year be sure to come by and hang out with us for a bit. we can chat and talk comics and anime all weekend. We will be in Artist Alley and see us at TABLES T04-T05! It's that wonderfull time of year again! Comic Con is just a few days away. Time to start packing and getting set for a trip to the other side of the US for some good times and of coarse comics! I'll be making the Boom! Studios/ Archaia booth 2229 home the for the entire show. I'll be signing along with my fellow ID Comics studio mates Peng, Flash, and maybe even Domo. I also expect to be signing with Shane Houghton and Sam Humphries over the coarse of the show. Bring your entire FVZ collection and I'll be glad to sign em up. And if you missed an issue I'm sure we can fix that too!

I'll be doing quick sketches at the table all weekend, but I won't be accepting full commissions. So I decided I would do a presale for SDCC.
